| Abstract: | Since 1990s there has been a rapid increase of export credit provided mainly by industrialised countries, indicating that financing through foreign trade is still the effective means by which the governments exploit foreign market for domestic enterprises. Considering that most of China's enterprises are at the stage of trial export or active export, the government should, by making full use of financing, support enterprises in enhancing competitiveness and enlarging shares of foreign market, promoting interest and confidence in developing multinational operation of high levels. |
