| Abstract: | In 1997, Shanghai will implement: large-scale economic and trade" strategy and strive to make new breakthroughs in 4 aspects in foreign economic and trade work, that is, the pattern of foreign economy and trade, cultivating export growth points, management model and economic mode. To realise the sustained growth of export of foreign trade, Shanghai has put in order 10 growth point. They include transforming the policy advantage of bonded area into its potential ability of export, making the export growth rate of large enterprise groups higher than the average level of the whole city, promoting the combination of industry and trade in the key export industries, developing overseas investment and project-contracting, using well the central government's preferential policies to Pudong New Area. |
