| Abstract: | According to the "General Agreement on Service Trade" and the requirements of socialist market economy, we should develop with great efforts China's service trade, accelerate the reform in service trade. Especially, we should make in-depth studies of "General Agreement on Service Trade" and every country's policy measures for reduction and concession and development in service trade in order to formulate and perfect our laws on service trade. In addition, we should break monopoly, establish a service trade market system favourable for fair competition, realise the integration of China's service industry with the international service industry and gradually attain the goal of liberalisation of service trade. |
