| Abstract: | This report deals with the market for fresh chilled and frozen meat sausages, and for vegetarian sausage products, largely frozen but increasingly also offered chilled. In terms of meat ingredients, this encompasses sausages made from pork, pork and beef mixes, beef and more specialist blends of poultry or lamb. For the vegetarian products, there are different ingredients used. The report also gives background as to the factors affecting the market. |
