| Abstract: | Discrepancy in production factor between inland area and Hong Kong will bring about cooperation between these two areas in many Fields. This paper suggests that these two areas develop together some large high-tech projects which have key function to the future development by taking advantage of Hong Kong's funds and inland's sci-tech force as well as both sides' management expertise and advantage cost besides the current cooperation in some fields and in human resources. It also suggests the trilateral or multilateral cooperation model for rapid development and investment in the central and western areas. |
