| Abstract: | Generally speaking, foreign trade exerts the following influences on the development of national economy. It exploits comparative advantages to the full, economies social labor, and increases social wealth; it has an "engine" effect on the development of national economy; it is conducive to bring out the afterwards advantages and realizing the recreation of comparative advantages. In recent years, the proportion of foreign trade to our GDP has been going up continuously, from 6 per cent in 1980 to 21.5 per cent in 1995. The following issues need our attention: the speed of foreign trade development, scales and effectiveness, export trade and import trade, circulation and production, namely basing sales on production or vice versa. |
