| Abstract: | The introduction of the Euro will influence China's import and export trade, absorbing foreign investment, financing and the RMB exchange rate without exception. Its implementation will help enlarge the scale of the investment from Europe. As the countries in the Euro area reduce their foreign exchange reserves, China may strive for more loans from Europe, With the merger and expansion of European securities market, China may expand its financing scale in Europe with less cost of financing. |
