| Abstract: | From 1988, to 1993, foreign enterprises have become juridical entities and main bodies in the competition, who are self-managed and responsible for their own profit and loss. Since 1994, the reform has entered the depended period characterized by establishment of modern enterprises system. In this period, foreign trade law is formulated and instruct plans of import and export are abolished. In 1998, foreign-trade general company broke away from Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation, which is beneficial to fasten the establishment of modern enterprises system in the foreign trade enterprises. And these foreign trade companies can continue their development towards industrialization, grouplization and multipulization by means of strategic reshuffle, large strategy, coalition and merging. |
