| Abstract: | In the first half of 1999,China foreign trade import increased greatly,but export decreased.Favorable balance of trade lessened obviously. It is predicted that the reduction degree of export would be between 2%-5%in the whole year. Facing with so severe situation,the enterprises need good policy environment is necessary. Government should actively participate in the establishment and coordination of international trade rules. It should also expedite foreign system reform, improve agent mechanism; quicken development of capital market and state-owned enterprises' reform; expand applicable range of foreign trade development foundation; consummate related tax system as well as law and statute of investment overseas; set up and enrich governmental trade insurance institution. |
