| Abstract: | The development of the theory about the China's foreign trade can be divided into three phases:1,the first phase (1949-1978); the second phase (1979-1992) and the third one (1993-now). The theoretical frameworks of foreign trade are that socialism market economic system become the basic one of the development of China's foreign trade; the areas of using foreign capitals are expanded to service from production; the comparable advantage theory is a basis of that China join in the international economic and trade actions and using foreign capitals; the usage of foreign capitals is a component contents in our socialism constructions; to enforce the law for commerce and trade and legal control trade. |
