| Abstract: | The processing trade is low in efficiency and not ideal for earning the foreign exchange, which is the major factors of "immiserizing growth" of foreign trade. The industrial chain of the processing trade is short and the radiation space is narrow, which has very weak driving force for the national economic development. The large-scale development of it can not only aggravate the over-inflation and the imbalance of industrial structure, but also raid the general trades of our country. The statistical figure of its trade volume not only have exaggerated China's actual scale of foreign trade prettified the export product mix, but also fomented the "wind of boasting", reception, etc. |
