| Abstract: | The characterizations of control typically found in the scholarly literature about control in international strategic alliances (as: ISA) is re-visited. Each of the three dimensions of control is either extended (extent and mechanisms) or completely revised (focus). An empirically testable model is presented to facilitate the study of control over ISA inputs. |
