Abstract:If financial services companies are going to succeed in the marketplace of the 1990s and beyond, they will need to reach out and understand what clients need and the way in which they want financial services delivered - then reorganize their operations in line with those needs. Much of that reorganization will be driven by the availability of current and emerging technologies, which have the capability to restructure relationships by "wiring" the customer into the suppliers' service channels.
