Abstract:The main results of the ESOMAR client study into research of clients'usage of, and attitude towards marketing research services are described. Findings cover the types of market research accounting for the most expenditure, the scope of market research function in user companies, the number of research used regularly, client satisfaction, the forecast direction of market research spend over the next five years, and possible changes affecting market research use.
