| Abstract: | A theoretical model was developed and tested which tries to determine the extent to which job and organizational attitudes are distinct. The job attitude included were job satisfaction and job involvement, and the organizational attitudes were organizational satisfaction and commitment.The results support that job and organizational attitudes relate differently to job and organizational behavioral intentions. |
