Abstract:In the past, managers tried to administer hierarchical structures of companies quite separately from the motivations of those working within these structures. These dynamics between the individual and the organizational as a whole is examined showing how their antagonistic relations are part of the very nature of the company. Then the internal hierarchical structures created by man and their relationships to the external structures of the environment are evaluated. It is concluded that the motivation of individuals will depend on the harmony between these two types of structures. Therefore it is advisable to make the individual responsible for his own career planning.
