Abstract:This article examines global account management (GAM) within a highly dynamic market by applying the emerging view of dynamic capabilities into the global account setting with a focus on the role of organizational processes that compose the dynamic capabilities of a company in GAM. A cross-industry online survey of companies that are members of the Strategic Account Management Association was also employed.
