| Abstract: | Since 90s, the international service trade has got a faster growth. The developed countries still take the lead, the proportion of developing nations has gone up a little though. Despite such a situation, as the production factors decisive to competing priority such as human power, knowledge and technology are variable, it is totally possible for a nation's government to take various measures to increase its competing position in the field of service trade. China covers 1.6% of trade volume in the world, ranking the 16th only. It's necessary to increase input in the advancing factors including education, research and development and so on to enforce the policy of industrial inclination and perfect the scientific and technological project evaluation mechanism and relevant legal construction. |
