| Abstract: | In this paper the author considers the problem of "culture assimilator training". The paper is divided into the six parts: 1) Introduction; 2) The "culture assimilator training". In this part the author gives a number of a real- life scenarios worked in the different manner and basic needs for people who are faced with coping with a foreign environment. In the following three parts the author considers and compares the different cultural standards. 3) US cultural standards and culture assimilator training; 4) German cultural standards culture assimilator training; 5) Czech cultural standards culture assimilator training; 6) Consequences resulting for research and use of cross-cultural trainings. |
