| Abstract: | Communication politics represents a critical success factor for each change project. Current empirical research on the assigned instruments as well as on their effectiveness and efficiency is only incompletely available. A questioning of change agents, presented here, clarifies that communication politics in change management obviously changes itself. But not primarily the new electronic media are responsible, such as E-Mail and Intranet. Rather a transition to interactive two-way communication on the basis of change specific communication instruments emerges. The paper provides a substantial list of references on this subject. |
