| Abstract: | The article looks into human resource management policies of companies operating in the video game industry. The employment relationships and practices of the industry and career paths of individuals are studied; furthermore the article studies the influence of these interactions on the company performance. The paper also discusses whether the HRM practices of the leaders in video games industry are more industry or country contingent. |
