Abstract: | Three papers reflect the author's aim to establish more good companies. At first, management is examined in a changing environment. Management can be seen as the crossing point of four sets of expectations from different social groups: owners, consumers, providers, and the public. Two management books on "How to do it?" are analysed here: " In Search of Excellence", and "The Winning Streak."A Good Company is a state of affairs in which people can work together as persons for common interest. |
