| Abstract: | Simultaneous installation and integration of project, product and process management has already been realized by some American companies or subsidiaries of American parent firms, and it is an objective to others to be realized in the future. The common element in the three concepts of management is a tendency to integration. However, these three concepts are not introduced in an integrated way, so their potential for integration is not used efficiently. The article shows how the synergetic effects of the three "Pro-Management-concepts" can be realized and outlines an organizational innovation. |
