| Abstract: | The effect of consumers´ mood on service evaluations of a tourism product is examined in this study by using a sample of cruise vacationers. The fact that mood relieves tourists´ overall satisfaction level is indicated. Also within the realm of consumer behavior theory the theoretical and practical contributions are discussed. |
