| Abstract: | The China Heavy-duty Truck Group Company (CHTGC) was established in 1983, in order to jointly import the Stile Project. Up to 1992, CHTGC had gained great achievement on improving the old enterprises and old products. Now the mainly existing problems are: it has not reached perfection in the administrative structure of the company and the organization structure of enterprises, etc. The paper makes relevant suggestions thus. |
