| Abstract: | "Coase Theorem" deals only with modern firm form in the society of developed commodity economy and puts its stress on the evolution cause of vertical integrated organization. It is difficult to explain the formative causes of enterprise group with horizontal combination and the enterprise group with mixed type. Practical survey shows, since formation of enterprise groups with various combinations in different countries have their own peculiar reasons, "Coase Theorem" is hard to cover all these associations. |
