| Abstract: | A group with banks and enterprises is a multi-layered multi-functional, cross-industries, cross-departments, cross-regions with diversified ownership and huge sized share holding conglomerate established according to certain principles and articles of association with a backbone bank or enterprise at its core. So to foster groups with banks and enterprises actively is the need of our country's enterprises development, their participating the international competition as well as the deepening of the financial system. |
