| Abstract: | The only choice for large state-owned enterprise to get rid of difficult position is to make the enterprise internationalized. The best method to occupy market abroad is to set up a productive base. Making investment abroad is the supreme form of enterprise internationalization. Transnational corporation has special advantages steaming from monopoly of technology and market, scale economic result and principles of market theory. |
