| Abstract: | The establishment and development of enterprise group needs the enterprise to be a real trading entity of the market and a real legal person whose aim is to make earnings. In addition, market mechanism should be perfected and adjusting function of the government should be improved. Enterprise group is favorable to making full use of RMB 700 billions government-owned fixed assets and will stimulate the reform of government investment model. It is also favorable to improving the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of specialized production. |
