| Abstract: | Merger is an accompanied phenomena of market economy and complicatedly connected with stock. Under the incentive of securities market, the merger of firms and enterprises grows flourishing in the West for more than one century. The merger of firms has greatly affected the industrial growth in developed countries and promoted the formation, growth and expansion in large scale of modern corporations. With the uprising of China's securities market and the reform of enterprises' stock system the merger of enterprises will play its important role in China's reform for modern enterprise system. |
