| Abstract: | Established in July,1992, Shanghai-centered China Huayuan Group Corporation has nearly 30 wholly-owned and share holding companies by sole investment, share holding and stock subscription. At the same time, it has converged a large number of close and semi-close group members including industry, commerce, financial institutions, colleges and universities, research institutions. With such advantages it has made a break through progress in high-tech industry and formed export-oriented operational pattern towards pluralized development. In the past two years, it has generated 3. 4 billion yuan in sales, 0.22 billion US dollars in import and export and had 2.2 billion yuan worth of assets. |
