| Abstract: | To determine the strategy of big enterprise groups should be the important content of the strategy of economic development and the transformation of enterprise system in the coming period of time in China. So we should fully understand the scale effect and the coordinating function of big enterprise groups to the economic stability. We should also learn from the western countries practising market economy, the experiences in promoting economic grouping and pursuing large enterprise policy. The "big enterprise groups" strategy should be carried out, accompanied by adjusting the state-owned assets reserve and invigorating pillar industries. Besides, policy guarantee system for implementing the strategy of big enterprises groups should be established. |
