| Abstract: | The foreign trade enterprise groups can adopt the development model with one line as primary and other lines taken on. In this way, dual superiority in two aspects--taking trade as primary, that is, being engaged in the business of labor- and resource- intensive products and taking industry as primary, that is, being engaged in the production of technology- and intelligence-intensive products, can be brought into play and complementary superiority realized. The main way to develop enterprise groups in future is to form enterprise groups in the form of share holding system. Taking the combined funds as a link, enterprise groups will continue to enlarge their scale. Besides, they should strengthen the combination of industry and trade. |
