| Abstract: | The important content of the shift of China's economic development system in a period of time in the future is to decide on the strategy of large enterprise groups. The growth of large enterprise groups may raise automatically the quality of industries and economy. It may also play a role of resisting risk and breaking through obstructions in the operation of macro economy, and strengthen the stability of economic operation. Large enterprise groups are the basement to promote sci-tech development. To implement large enterprise strategy, enterprises' capital must be pooled. The individual capital accumulation is of no help. |
