Abstract: | China's current financial industry is incompatible with the establishment and growth of enterprise groups, which finds expression in the following: 1. It is difficult for the management systems of the state banks and their credit funds to be compatible with the development of transregional trans-industrial and trans-ownership system of enterprise groups. The slow development of capital market affects the marketability of financing and the transaction of property rights. The unopened financial industry doesn't conform to the demand that financial capital and industrial capital be mixed mutually. The strict control over foreign exchange on one hand and the scattered, weak and small-sized overseas financial institutions on the other hand, do not meet the need of multinational business. |
