| Abstract: | China's enterprise groups have emerged and developed under a special environment of transformation and friction between the new and old system. So there exist a serial of problems, such as merging government administration with enterprise management into one, separation of property rights, small scale and poor internal management. In view of the above, this paper raises the following measures to be taken: 1. realising the optimal allocation of resources, 2. strengthening the internal connection of property rights, 3.rationalizing the scale of enterprise groups, 4. improving the internal management of enterprise groups to form effective incentive and restraint mechanisms, 5.creating a good environment for the development of groups. |
