| Abstract: | As China's enterprise groups have been established just recently, there exist such problems as loose structure, lack of cohesion, poor stability, small scale and lag in legal construction due to the restriction of the traditional system. Therefore, we should take the following measures to solve them. Speeding up the reform of state-owned enterprises towards corporate system and legal construction, strengthening the government's macro management of and control over enterprise groups and handling various contradictions and problems, enhancing the strength of key enterprise groups by means of merger, being authorised to hold stocks and loan-giving in a bid to make them the large enterprise groups or group corporations with international influence. |
