Although China's some major industries such as steel, coal, building materials and color TV are among the best in the world, what does not match it is that the scale of Chinese enterprises is too small. Under the condition of too decentralization, the Chinese enterprises' being incorporated in the international division of work system of international corporations will exert harmful influence on the long-term industrial development in China.
