Abstract:In the 1990s, the economic growth mode of Shanghai will be shifted thoroughly for the industrial structure, layout and organization as an organic whole have been adjusted and optimized. Shanghai's measure for its cross-century development is to push forward grouping. To this end, it should accelerate the formation of superiority of groups in a bid to seize the commanding point in both domestic and international market competition, depending on scale and strength. Enterprise groups must concentrate their efforts on system innovation, shifting mechanism and developing new products. They should be bold in developing and strengthening themselves in market competition.
