| Abstract: | The large enterprise groups' development objective in developing investment bank should be to develop the investment bank into the profit-making centre and capital operation centre as well as the core of the financial industry of the corporation. The investment bank should be established with the backing of the present financial company and in a step-by-step way. First, they should establish the internal capital operation mechanism on the basis of the financial company whose financing function must be perfected. Then they may expand the business of acting as sales agent of securities by merging the small securities companies, and develop the key business of investment bank by conducting cooperative business with the large foreign investment banks. |
