| Abstract: | We will possibly face the following risks when pursuing the strategy of large-sized enterprise groups: fluctuation in stock market, intensifying unfair income distribution, problems arising from administrative intervention. To solve these problems, we should encourage the establishment of investment fund, reform the assessing system and perfect the incentive system, developing the enterprise groups with the reciprocal holdings of corporate, change the government's role with an aim at making the government concentrate its efforts on the cultivation and maintenance of software and hardware of economic environment. |
