| Abstract: | Research and industry groups are the associations of many corporate supported by research and development institutions, which have connections in capital. They have the following functions: 1. Accelerating the translation of sci-tech achievements into practical productive forces and promoting the formation of high and new tech industries; 2. supporting China's economic construction; 3.giving financial support to the development of science, technology and education; 4. promoting the reform of science, technology and education systems. Such an organizational form will continue to exist and develop during the coming ten-year period. |
