| Abstract: | One of the direction of enterprise reform in our country is to organize large enterprise groups. More than 100 large enterprise group will be organized in China, but the worthy problem is how to organize large groups. We must learn a lesson from a failure of the economic experiment in large enterprise groups in Korea, and make the best of both government control and enterprise groups management by themselves in the course of organizing large enterprise groups in China. |
