| Abstract: | There is the need for new perspectives to explain management (here as: mgmt.) practices, as companies evolve with the ever-changing environment. This paper focuses on partnership - a relationship emphasizing equality, shared responsibility and co-operation - and the concept of internal networking, in examining the success of an Asian high-tech giant. In addition, questioned is the importance of contextual factors in corporate mgmt., given the existence of other similar Western models deploying the partnership concept. |
