Abstract: | Team-based structures of organization have become common in present-day complex business environment. In this study the authors show the conditions that influence team effectiveness. A cross-level meditational framework was used to test hypotheses about organizations and their performance in team- and district-levels. The analysis proved that team interdependence and district level openness climate have a significant positive mediate relationship to team performance. Team processes seems to be the mediation variable between them. The results show that multi-team systems coordination in district level is direct related to team performance. |
