| Abstract: | In view of the existing problems in resource allocation in China's circulation field, the author raises the following ways of realising optimised resource allocation: 1. overcoming the drawbacks in system, 2.perfecting market mechanism, 3. formulation circulation policy whose targets are to realise effective allocation through competition and to raise the efficiency of circulation by reducing the cost of circulation, thus rationalising circulation activities. 4. establishing the high-efficient circulation channel and new type of relationship between purchasing and marketing 5. perfecting market laws and regulations, strengthening the authentication of qualification for business operation and limits of qualification in order to make all enterprises compete under the fair conditions. |
