Abstract:Since reform and opening up, China has accumulated a lot of experience in the building of central wholesale market. But there also exist many problems to solve urgently. They involve three interrelated and inseparable aspects, i.e. the building of market, the business and management of market, and how to give free rein to the function of market so as to make market produce more effect. The subject of business and management of market should be the administration practising modernized business operation and management, which may take the form of the central wholesale market limited company. It means a "market corporate representative responsibility system" under the leadership of board of directors is adoptied.
