| Abstract: | According to the existing industrial advantage and difficulties facing industries in Fujian province, the overall train of thought on structural adjustment during the new period should be "innovation and upgrading". Innovation means the updating and upgrading of labour-intensive industries and products. Upgrading refers to the shift of industrial structure from being labour-intensive to capital and technology intensive, and cultivating pillar industries.
