| Abstract: | Basic characteristics of changes in market demand and supply include:(1)Changes in characteristics of supply: Brand competition intensifies and the degree of market concentration increases. Domestic brands occupy a dominant position. Pressures of international competition is obvious. Technological changes and supply cycles have shortened. Price competition is exceptionally fierce.(2)Changes in consumption demands: Consumption level has risen rapidly and disparity in consumption becomes increasingly clear; the rational degree in consumption increases; Changes in consumption pattern and expansion in consumption ranges have led to the diversion of industrial product consumption.
