| Abstract: | To establish Shanghai wholesale market for agricultural products should take a central guiding ideology of protecting the interest of manufacturers and consumers. Special institutions are to be set up to unitarily manage the establishment and the reform of wholesale market. We should draw lessons from Japanese merchant wholesalers' operational model, separate enterprises from government, make the management departments of government break away from market benefit and make full efforts to strengthen the operational management and control of market. e are expected to accelerate the formulation of market regulations and rules of law, form perfect market function and establish circulation organizations with Chinese characteristics under peasant association. |
